Lucy’s Story
As the Recruitment Manager my role is one of helping key stakeholders to achieve their business goals and objectives, by recruiting the very best people in the industry from a diverse talent pool. I am responsible for all recruitment activities from early careers through to senior appointments. It is important to have appropriate resourcing strategies so that we recruit the right people for the current and future success of our business.
I enjoy the variety of responsibilities that my role offers. I set myself high standards and take pride in partnering the business, getting results, and achieving my objectives. Working alongside highly skilled, like minded HR professionals, we support each other to achieve our goals, helping create a satisfying work environment.
I continually work with our business leaders to explore adjacent industries for experience from diverse backgrounds to further grow our talent pool. As part of this search we seek to drive our inclusive agenda and help address the current industry imbalances.
